Refund & Returns Policy

We want your creative ritual to feel special from the moment it arrives. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the curated and personal nature of each Creative Ritual, we’re unable to accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

If your box arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us on the contact page within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • Items are missing from your box
  • Your order is lost in transit

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Subscriptions
If you have subscribed to receive a weekly envelope, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
