One-Time Purchases

  • All one-time orders can be canceled before they are processed.
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days on the contact page so we can make it right.

Subscription Purchases

  • Subscription envelopes are billed automatically at your selected interval (e.g., weekly).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Changing Your Order

  • If you would like to make changes (such as shipping address or box selection), please contact us as soon as possible on the contact page.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed, but cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

How to Cancel

  • Log into your account and navigate to Subscriptions to cancel, or contact us directly on the contact page.
  • Cancellations take effect before your next billing date.
