We take great care in preparing each Creative Ritual Box and Envelope so it arrives beautifully and ready to be enjoyed.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. Each box and envelope is carefully packed with intention, so please allow a little time for preparation.

Subscription envelopes are processed on a rolling weekly basis and shipped shortly after billing.

Shipping for envelopes are free.

Tracking
Once your order for a box has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us on the contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
